Concrete Median Reinstatement Works - Gesslers Road Murgon

South Burnett Regional Council advises that concrete median works will be undertaken on Gesslers Road, Murgon. Replacement concrete medians will be constructed. This follows major pavement replacement works that were recently completed at the same location.

First Settlers’ Park Benarkin – Flying Fox

South Burnett Regional Council advises that work will be commencing in early February at First Settlers’ Park Benarkin, to install a new flying fox as an addition to the existing play equipment. As part of Council’s commitment to safety, woodchip softfall will also be installed.

Carroll Nature Area Sign Restoration

South Burnett Regional Council advises that the log sign at Carroll Nature Area has been temporarily removed for refurbishing and restoration. The sign is located on the footpath on the corner of Fisher and Coral Streets, Kingaroy. The sign is anticipated to be reinstalled by Friday 30 January 2026.
