Council expands its Building Team

South Burnett Regional Council wishes to advise the community that it has increased the current Building Team’s capacity, with the employment of an additional Building Certifier.
The Building Team, now consisting of two building certifiers, provides building approvals and inspections for all classes of buildings across the South Burnett Region. Shorter turnaround times on most applications can now be expected. Council’s Building Team also offers a free advice service for Building Code and Queensland Development Code related matters.
The Building Team are also licenced pool safety inspectors and can provide advice on your child-resistant swimming pool barriers.
