Replacement of General Waste Bins

South Burnett Regional Council advises, commencing the first week of September, JJ’s Waste & Recycling will be rolling out new red lidded general waste bins to the following locations:
- Murgon area - Starting Tuesday 3 September 2024
- Ficks Crossing, Moffatdale, Boat Mountain, Hivesville and Proston areas - Starting Wednesday 4 September 2024
- Tingoora & Wondai - Starting Friday 6 September 2024
These new red lidded bins will be replacing the old green bins that were rolled out in previous years.
This will take place over the coming weeks based on your regular collection days.
If your wheelie bin is damaged or goes missing, please do not hesitate to contact Council’s Waste Department to organise a replacement bin. For further information contact Council on 4189 9100 or email info@sbrc.qld.gov.au.
