Update - Changes and reopening of Council services and facilities 12-06-20
Subject to the latest State and Federal Government advice, Council’s focus is to ensure services and programs are provided as safely, effectively and reliably as possible.
Please find below list of Council services and facilities currently impacted by COVID-19 Queensland Health directives, as well as those reopening in the South Burnett region (subject to conditions and user limits).

Halls & cultural centres | Halls – reopening Monday 15 June 2020 Strict Covid-19 rules apply and a checklist of requirements will be supplied when signing your hall hirers agreement. A limit of 20 people is in force when booking the facility as per the Qld Health Guidelines. Please contact your friendly Customer Contact staff to book your meeting or event. |

Please note: The current Queensland Chief Health Officer Movement and Gathering Direction states a maximum of 20 people can gather publically outdoors regardless of whether people are members of the same household or not.
Council is also mindful of the need to be extremely cautious in ensuing all appropriate safety measures and operational procedures are in place to protect our patrons/staff from the potential spread of COVID-19 prior to re-opening. As such, Council is working to implement the appropriate COVID safe arrangements as a matter or priority.
