Request for Tenders – SBRC-20/21-08 - Lease of Ringsfield
Council is offering by tender to community groups, a lease for the operation and management of the historically significant Ringsfield House and associated grounds and buildings
(Ringsfield) located in Cairns Street Nanango, described as Lot 9 on SP307587 and Lot 5 SP156194.
Ringsfield has previously been run as a destination for visitors and the local community as a showcase of historical memorabilia and items from the history of Nanango, as a function and event centre, and café.
There are a several opportunities that Ringsfield provides to prospective Tenderers including: historical display and tours, events centre, café and commercial kitchen. Council is looking for a thoughtful and considered approach to management and operation of Ringsfield.
Tender documents can be downloaded on Council's 'Tenders' page here. Tenders are to be suitably endorsed, marked and lodged as per tender documents no later than 4:00pm Friday 20 November 2020.
