South Burnett Regional Council wishes to advise that drainage improvement works will commence on Hood Street, Proston.
South Burnett Regional Council wishes to advise that drainage improvement works will commence on Hood Street, Proston (between Collingwood and Rodney Streets) on Monday, 16 November 2020 and is expected to be completed by early December, weather permitting.
Works, funded through the Australian Government’s Drought Communities Programme – Extension, include widening of the existing pavement, kerb and channel drainage installation and bitumen sealing.
In order to provide a safe work environment, the work areas will be controlled by signage or with traffic controllers as required. Local access to properties within the work area will be permitted, however some delays may occur.
