Works Update - Murgon CBD

Planned works include:

• Spraycrete footpath works at The Royal Hotel, The Australian Hotel and Commonwealth Bank and various touch ups through CBD footpath – scheduled from Thursday 4 March to Thursday 18 March 2021
• Concrete slab and stone monument near Gore Street – scheduled from Monday 8 March to Friday 19 March 2021
• Anzac Memorial decorative concrete and furniture installation – scheduled from Monday 15 March to Friday 26 March 2021
• Kerb ramp Tactile Ground Surface Indicator installation – scheduled from late March 2021
• Kerb painting and paint touch ups through CBD – scheduled from early April 2021
• Brass discs remaining installation – scheduled from early April 2021
• CBD Footpath Cleaning – scheduled from mid-April 2021 (night works)

The works scheduled are subject to weather and other external constraints.

The installation works have been funded under Council’s 2020/21 Capital Works program.
