Works Update – Rural Road, Nanango
South Burnett Regional Council advises works on Rural Road, Nanango will commence from Monday, 29 March 2021. Works are expected to be completed in a six week period, weather permitting.
The scope of works includes an upgrade of the road surface from an unsealed to sealed road surface standard at chainage 320 -1011 and resealing of the existing seal from 0 – 307, including line marking.
These works have been funded under the Australian Government’s Local Roads and Community Infrastructure Program and Council’s 2020/21 Capital Budget programme.
To provide a safe work environment during construction, the work areas will be controlled by signage or with traffic controllers as required.
Motorists are requested to travel with extreme care, to drive to the prevailing road conditions and to adhere to signage. Please note delays may occur while works are in progress.
