Works on Williams Road Benarkin
South Burnett Regional Council advises works commenced on Williams Road, Benarkin on Monday 7 June 2021.
Works are anticipated to be completed in approximately 8 weeks, weather and external constraints permitting.
Works include tree clearing, drainage works, upgrade of the road surface from an unsealed to a sealed road surface standard at chainage 4919 – 6233 and line marking.
These works have been funded through Council’s 2020/21 Capital Upgrade Works Program.
To provide a safe work environment, the work areas will be controlled by signage or traffic controllers as required.
Motorists are requested to travel with extreme care, to drive to the prevailing road conditions and to adhere to signage and expect some delays may occur.
