Public Notice – Harris Road, Kingaroy – Road Closure
South Burnett Regional Council wishes to advise that pavement rehabilitation works from the Floodway on Harris Road to the intersection of Keith Shaw Drive
are due to commence week starting 27 September 2021.
Work on this section is expected to be completed in mid-October, weather permitting.
In order to provide a safe work environment during construction it will be necessary for a portion of Harris Road to be restricted to one lane only. Alternate routes via Clark and Swendson Road or Edenvale North Road are shown in the map (below). While these closures are in place local access to properties within the work area will be permitted, however some delays may occur.
These works have been funded under the Federal Government’s Local Roads and Community Infrastructure Program.
Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks you for your patience whilst works are in progress.
