Media Release - Council’s Customer Service moves to Kingaroy Library

South Burnett Regional Council is undertaking required maintenance on the Customer Service Centre in Kingaroy, commencing Monday 11 October 2021.
“To ensure that we maintain continuity of service for our customers as much as possible during this period, the customer service centre will operate from the Kingaroy Library in Glendon Street,” Mayor Brett Otto said. “This will mean a change for our customers in the first instance however it will be a great opportunity for customers to experience what the Kingaroy library has to offer while doing business with Council.”
There will be minimal disruption to service while the move takes place on Thursday 7th and Friday 8th of October, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
The current opening hours for the Customer Service Centre of 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday will be maintained whilst located at the library.
