Australia Day Awards celebrated on 23 January 2022
South Burnett Regional Council is pleased to announce that the Australian Days Awards for 2022 with be held on Sunday 23 January 2022 from 12noon to 2.00pm at Blackbutt Showgrounds
located at 23 Bowman Road, Blackbutt.
The Awards Ceremony is invitation only due to COVID-19 restrictions.
The ceremony will welcome Rod Morgan as master of ceremonies.
Mayor Brett Otto congratulates all nominees and acknowledges their commitment to the community.
“Anyone nominated for an Australia Day Award has showcased their true community spirit for the South Burnett”, the Mayor said.
“We have faced many advertisities this past year but South Burnett is resilient and it is people like these nominated that represent what our region truly stands for,” said Mayor Otto.
