Work to Commence on Kumbia Road, Kumbia
South Burnett Regional Council wishes to advise that works are due to commence week beginning Monday 21 February 2022 on Kumbia Road, Kumbia, weather permitting.
Works being undertaken include road reconstruction and widening between chainage 19100 and 19800 and is expected to be completed mid-May. This project is funded through Queensland State Government Transport Infrastructure Development Scheme and Council’s Capital Works 2021/22 program.
In order to provide a safe work environment, the work areas will be controlled by signage or with traffic controllers as required. Motorists are requested to travel with extra care, to drive to the prevailing road conditions and to adhere to signage.
Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks you for your patience whilst works are in progress.
