The LDMG has continued to meet with emergency services and representatives of the Gympie District Disaster Management Group throughout today.
The South Burnett has been fortunate and major rainfall has tracked away from our eastern boundary which has minimised road closures within the South Burnett region. The Bureau has advised that further rain is still expected this evening and residents should continue to look for updates and warnings on the BOM site. If conditions change, please keep up to date on Council’s disaster dashboard.
