On Saturday afternoon South Burnett Regional Council issued an Emergency Alert via the State Disaster Coordination Centre.
This Emergency Alert function is used by Local Disaster Management Groups to provide residents and travellers with advice on emergency situations. To see all emergency alerts being issued you can follow the Queensland Fire and Emergency Services facebook page or visit the below link.
