Council’s Customer Service Centres – experience staff shortages

Council’s Customer Service Centres across the region are experiencing impacts from staff shortages for in-person customer service requests.

Our Council and our local businesses and organisations are being impacted by the Omicron variant. Council has been preparing for potential staff impacts of COVID-19 and has contingencies in place to limit disruptions to essential services. Due to these impacts, on some occasions the services over the counter may be limited.  On rare occasions, we may need to close the doors to our customer service centres with little advance notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
