Kingaroy Transformation Project Electrical Works on Road Lighting Poles along Alford Street from Youngman to Kingaroy Streets, Kingaroy
South Burnett Regional Council is pleased to advise that the works on road lights are planned for this Tuesday, 17 May 2022 and Wednesday 18 May 2022.
The scheduled works are anticipated to commence from 5:30am and will be undertaken by local electrical contractors Astills Electrical Services. These works are subject to weather and other external constraints.
In order to provide a safe working environment for Council staff, contractors and users, these works will be controlled by traffic controllers or minor lane closures with short term interruptions to the traffic and parking facilities.
It is also anticipated that the road lights will be activated in the coming months.
During the construction period, Council strongly encourages the community to support those businesses impacted by the works.
Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks businesses and the community for their patience whilst works are in progress.
