REMINDER: Meet Johnathan Thurston on Tuesday in Kingaroy
South Burnett residents are reminded to book their buses for a free trip to Kingaroy to catch up with the great JT at the Kingaroy Forecourt this coming Tuesday, May 24th from 4pm.
Johnathan Thurston will be part of a Question and Answer session with give-aways including signed merchandise such as football jerseys.
The renowned Queensland footy icon is coming to the South Burnett as part of the JT Academy Event, an initiative funded by the Queensland Government, Tackling Regional Adversity through Integrated Care grant program.
JT will be having a “big conversation” with high school children throughout the region designed to instil confidence, courage, and self-belief.
JT is also headlining a community event where everyone can turn up to see him and have a great night out.
There will be live music with local band Misfitz, the Rotary Club BBQ, Community Service Displays, raffles, and give-aways.
