Notification of Works - William Street, Kingaroy

South Burnett Regional Council wishes to advise that works on William Street, Kingaroy adjacent to the State High School are due to commence the week beginning Monday, 13 June 2022, weather permitting
Works being undertaken include reconfiguration of the pedestrian crossings at the intersection of William Street and Markwell Street.
These works have been funded under the Queensland State Government’s School Transport Infrastructure Program.
In order to provide a safe work environment, the work areas will be controlled by signage or with traffic controllers as required. Motorists and pedestrians are requested to travel with extra care, to drive to the prevailing road conditions and to adhere to signage.
Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks you for your patience whilst works are in progress.
