Notice of Works - KTP - Alford Street Footpath Surfacing
As part of the Kingaroy Transformation Project, the commencement of the footpath’s coloured surfacing will commence Monday, 20 June 2022.
Local contractors have been engaged to complete these works starting on Alford Street between Youngman Street and Glendon Street.
During footpath surfacing, localised parking closures and pedestrian detours will be in place to allow for works to occur. Works areas will be moved regularly as sections are completed. The proposed stage sequence can be seen in the map below.
Motorists are requested to travel with care, to drive to the prevailing road conditions and to adhere to signage. Pedestrians are also asked to take care during the temporary changes. Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks businesses and the community for their patience whilst works are in progress.
