Notice of Lane and Road Closures - Haly Street, Kingaroy Street and Alford Street, Kingaroy for Road Line Marking

To minimise disruption, the majority of these works have been scheduled to be completed during night-time hours, subject to weather and other external constraints.

In order to provide a safe working environment for Council staff, contractors and users, these works will be controlled by traffic controllers with single lane diversions between 5:00pm to 9:00pm, followed by full road closures in the following locations and times:

• Haly Street, Kingaroy, in-between Youngman Street and King Street, from 12:00am to 6.00am
• Kingaroy Street, Kingaroy, in-between Haly Street and Kingaroy Street, from 9.00pm to 6.00am
• Alford Street, Kingaroy, in-between Glendon Street and Kingaroy Street, from 9.00pm to 6.00am
• Kingaroy Shoppingworld, the upper-level carpark driveway via Glendon Street will be restricted on one of these nights. Carparking at the Woolworths entry to Kingaroy Shoppingworld off Alford Street will remain open during this time.

Full road closure may not be in effect over the full duration of works, and times may be subject to change due to operational constraints.

Motorists and pedestrians are requested to travel with extreme care, to drive to the prevailing road conditions and to adhere to signage. Pedestrian access most likely will be restricted whilst works are commencing.
