Kingaroy Transformation Project - Glendon Street Northern Closure - Notice of Works
Excavation works planned to remove and replace existing unstable clays currently sitting under the Glendon Street’s road surface are planned to take several days
commencing on Monday 18 July with the area reopening on Wednesday 20 July. During these works the Circular Place car park will remain open with the access to be via Alford Street (see Map below).
The final asphalting works within the Kingaroy Transformation Project are scheduled to commence within the first week of August. Completion of landscaping and garden areas will commence once asphalting is complete.
Motorists and pedestrians are requested to travel with care, to drive to the prevailing road conditions and to adhere to signage. Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks businesses and the community for their patience whilst works are in progress.
