Waste Facility Closures

Due to impacts from the current wet weather event, the following waste disposal facilities are closed until further notice:
- Kingaroy waste facility
- Nanango waste facility.
The green waste disposal area at Murgon waste facility is currently closed, however all other areas of Murgon waste facility are open.
Other waste disposal facilities and transfer stations may be closed at short notice.
Unsupervised waste transfer stations may be unsafe to use in these conditions. It is recommended that these stations are not utilised until further notice.
