KTP - Glendon Street, Notice of Works
South Burnett Regional Council would like to advise that
Final asphalt works within the Kingaroy Transformation Project will commence in Glendon Street between the South Burnett Library and the intersection of Glendon and Haly Streets. Works will commence at 6am Sunday, 7 August 2022 and reopen at 6am Thursday, 11 August.
Upon completion of the asphalt works, the “shared zone” portion will remain closed for finishing works and will re-open on Friday, 19 August 2022 (see map below). Parking into Circular Place will remain open at all times with entry via Alford Street on Sunday, 7 August 2022 to Wednesday, 10 August 2022. All other times entry will be via Haly Street.
Motorists and pedestrians are requested to travel with care, to drive to the prevailing road conditions and to adhere to signage. Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks businesses and the community for their patience whilst works are in progress.
