Notice of Works - Glendon St Shared Zone Closed for the Installation of Shade Structures and Line Marking

South Burnett Regional Council wishes to advise that a local contractor will be commencing the installation of shade structures within the Glendon Street Shared Zone from Monday 10 October to Friday 14 October pending weather conditions.

Line marking will be occurring concurrently at this time being completed under night works. Southbound traffic will remain able to travel from Haly Street to Alford Street via Circular Place during the works. However northbound traffic will need to use alternative routes (see map below).

Motorists and pedestrians are requested to travel with care, to drive to the prevailing road conditions and to adhere to signage. Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks businesses and the community for their patience while works are in progress.
