Notice of Works - Kumbia CBD - Streetscape Upgrade
Works Commencing 17 October 2022
South Burnett Regional Council wishes to advise that works are due to commence Monday 17 October 2022 on the Kumbia CBD – Streetscape Upgrade, weather permitting. With works expected to be completed by January 2023.
Works are funded through the Works for Queensland Program (W4Q4) and South Burnett Regional Council Capital Works Program for 2022-2023.
The project will include new kerbside medians with new trees within the road corridor, a new crossing facility, seating and a weather protection structure close to the bus stop.
In order to provide a safe work environment, traffic control measures will be in place. Pedestrians and drivers are requested to take extra care and adhere to signage. Below is a map of the location of works.
