South Burnett Regional Council wishes to advise that bitumen resealing has commenced and is anticipated to be completed by June 2023 on the below listed roads, weather permitting:
- Borcherts Hill Road Murgon
- Campbells Road Silverleaf
- Edward Street Wondai
- Elbow Road Merlwood
- Flats Road Chelmsford
- Haly Street Kingaroy
- Hetheringtons Road Manyung
- Kawl Kawl Road Kawl Kawl
- Keleher Street Hivesville
- Old Esk Road Taromeo
- Pauls Parade Ellesmere
- Reifs Road Tablelands
- River Road Kingaroy
- Runnymede Road Runnymede
- Webbers Bridge Road Wooroonden
These works are jointly funded through Queensland’s State Government Transport Infrastructure Development Scheme (TIDS), Roads to Recovery (RTR), Local Road and Community Infrastructure (LRCI) and Council’s 2022/2023 Capital Works Program.
To provide a safe work environment, the work areas will be controlled by signage or with traffic controllers as required. Motorists are requested to travel with extra care, to drive to the prevailing road conditions and to adhere to signage.
