BaconFest 2023 - Helicopter Noise Notice and Council Office Closure

South Burnett Regional Council advises that due to the BaconFest occupation of public areas, Kingaroy Customer Service office and Library will close at 4:00pm on Friday 18 August 2023.
The Kingaroy Library will also be closed on Saturday morning 19 August 2023.
Residents are also advised that there will be noise associated with helicopter scenic rides conducted from the PCA land in Alford Street during Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 August 2023. Please ensure your pets are secured if they get frightened by loud noises.
