Notification of Construction Work – Mackenzie Street Wondai
As a part of Council’s Capital Works program and our commitment to ensure the long-term sustainability and efficiency of our water infrastructure,
Council is undertaking a replacement of the water main along Mackenzie Street Wondai (between Scott Street and Wondai Charlestown Road).
The replacement is planned to be carried out from Monday 21 August 2023 and is expected to be completed by approximately Friday 17 November 2023.
It is expected that the water supply will be isolated on one occasion during the week commencing 13 November to allow for the new water main to be cut in. Council will provide further notice to residents closer to the time of the planned interruption to the water supply.
