Back

South Burnett Regional Council hereby notifies all ratepayers that rate notices for the period 1 July to 31 December 2023 have issued on Friday 25 August 2023 with a discount date of 28 September 2023

If you have not received your rate notice by Monday 4 September 2023, please contact your local Customer Service Centre for a copy to be mailed to you.

Non-receipt of rate notices is not an acceptable excuse for late payment of rates.

Council’s customer service team is committed to providing exemplary customer service and will be happy to assist with rates enquiries.  Council has zero-tolerance of abusive or unacceptable behaviour of customers.  Swearing, threats, abuse, manipulation, and any act of violence will not be tolerated.

Estimated Water Readings

Council has had to estimate some water meter readings included in this levy due to an obstruction, vegetation, a locked fence or a dog on the premises.

To ensure your next reading is not estimated please make access to the property available during November/December 2023 as per the Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Act 2008 - Sect 37.
