Council is seeking submissions from a suitably qualified and licenced Property Management Agency to manage Council's Property Portfolio of residential properties located in Murgon on a daily basis.
Offer documents are available under Tenders & Supply and can be submitted to info@sbrc.qld.gov.au, in person or via mail at Council's tenderbox located at 45 Glendon Street, Kingaroy by the closing date.
Submissions open on Monday 13 November 2023 and close at 2pm on Monday 4 December 2023.
