New Roof for Blackbutt Memorial Hall
South Burnett Regional Council advises the Blackbutt Memorial Hall new roof installation is nearing completion
and would like to take this opportunity to thank the Blackbutt & District Tourism and Heritage Association and the people of Blackbutt for their patience during the works.
Council engaged a local contractor to remove the old roof, install supplementary structural members, new roof battens and new colorbond roof sheeting and fascia guttering. Roof insulation has also been installed to make the building more comfortable for users.
This project was proudly funded by the Queensland Government’s Local Government Grants and Subsidies Program (2022-24) in association with South Burnett Regional Council.
