Notice of Works First Avenue Kingaroy
Council wishes to advise the commencement of road works on First Avenue Kingaroy beginning the week of Monday 6 May 2024 for a period of three (3) weeks, weather and machinery permitting.
This project has been proudly funded under the Australian Governments Local Roads and Community Infrastructure (LRCI) Program Phase 3 in association with the South Burnett Regional Council’s Capital Works Program for 2023-2024.
In order to provide a safe work environment for Council staff, contractors and users, traffic control will be in place during the time of works to control flow of traffic and ensure pedestrian safety. Some minor delays may be encountered. Local access to properties and business within the work area will continue. Motorists and pedestrians are requested to travel with extra care, to drive to the prevailing road conditions and to adhere to signage.
