Change of Speed Limit Kingaroy CBD

Council wishes to advise that after a request to review the speed limit in accordance with current guidelines, a decision has been made to implement a 40km/hr speed zone within Kingaroy’s CBD.
“Council would like to thank the Department of Transport and Main Roads for their collaborative approach to road safety in our community. Kingaroy’s town centre is a busy place for motorists, pedestrians and businesses, the new speed limit for the CBD will improve safety for all people going about their everyday activities,” said Mayor Kathy Duff.
