South Burnett Regional Council wishes to advise of the upcoming road closures for BaconFest 2024 from Friday 16 August 2024 to Sunday 18 August 2024.

These road closures are in accordance with provision under the Local Government Act 2009, Part 3, Roads and other infrastructure: Division 1: Roads, Section 69: Closing roads:
(2) The Local Government may close a road to all traffic or particular class -
(c) if it is necessary or desirable to close the road for a temporary purpose
