Update - Animal Registration Payment Reference Details

South Burnett Regional Council is aware of an error regarding the BPAY customer references for payment of the annual animal registration notices, sent out last week and has been investigated.
Payment can be made using the BPAY reference number if the number five (5) at the beginning of the reference number is removed. For example, if the BPAY reference number on the animal registration notice is 50000111, enter the BPAY details for reference number as 0000111, removing the 5 and the payment will be accepted by the bank and allocated correctly through Council’s receipting system.
Alternatively, payments can still be made over the phone 4189 9100 with the customer service team or over the counter at one of our customer services centres.
